Cancellation Policy
To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and availability, we kindly ask that all appointments are managed with intention and respect for time. ⸻ 24-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. ⸻ Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in: * A 50% service charge or * Deduction of the scheduled service (for members/packages) ⸻ No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⸻ Same-Day Changes Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be treated as a late cancellation if the appointment cannot be filled. ⸻ Late Arrivals * Arriving late may result in a shortened session * Full service fee still applies ⸻ Card on File A valid card is required to book and will be used in accordance with this policy. ⸻ 💎 Membership Clients * Missed or late-canceled appointments will result in loss of that session * All membership time is reserved in advance to prioritize your consistency ———- We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
